Jill V. Ruffman, Ph.D.

A licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience,
Dr. Jill Ruffman has worked in
a variety of clinical settings.  She worked for the United States Army as the Clinical Director of a mental health clinic in Germany, for the United States Air Force as the Director of Family Matters for Air Force Space Command, and for Peterson Air Force Base as the Director of the Family Support Center.  Dr. Ruffman also worked
for Kaiser Permanente as a clinician specializing in working with individuals with depression.  The State of California currently employs her as a forensic psychologist.  Dr. Ruffman maintains a Life Coaching Practice in which she focuses on Life, Business and Career Coaching, and is married with two children. 

 
Marjorie B. Sladek, MBA, PMP

A project manager, wife, and
mother of three children (the youngest of whom required extensive medical intervention), Marjorie Sladek is a General Management graduate of Purdue University.  Mrs. Sladek earned her Master of Business Administration Degree at Xavier University and her Certified Public Accounting Certificate, while residing in Ohio.  Mrs. Sladek recently earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washing University, following over 24 years of coordinating worldwide projects in the high tech industry and facilitating team building workshops.  Mrs. Sladek utilizes her project management skills to plan and advocate for medical care.
