| Dr. Jill Ruffman is a licensed psychologist living in California. As a psychologist with 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Ruffman holds a variety of clinical roles, including work for the United States Army as the Clinical Director of a mental health clinic in Germany. Dr. Ruffman also worked for the United States Air Force as the Director of Family Matters for Air Force Space Command and as the Family Support Center Director at Peterson Air Force Base. She then went on to work for Kaiser Permanente (one of the largest Health Maintenance Organizations in the United States) as a clinician specializing in working with individuals with depression. The State of California currently employs her as a forensic psychologist. Dr. Ruffman also maintains a Life Coaching Practice. In this practice, she focuses on Life, Business and Career Coaching. Dr. Ruffman is married and has two children. |

| Marjorie Sladek is a project manager, wife and mother of three children, the youngest of which requires extensive medical intervention. A General Management graduate of Purdue University, Mrs. Sladek earned her Masters of Business Administration at Xavier University and her Certified Public Accounting Certificate, while residing in Ohio. Mrs. Sladek recently earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, following 24 years of coordinating worldwide projects. Mrs. Sladek utilizes her project management skills to plan and advocate for improved medical care. |
